In this enchanting setting, Raphaël and his team, fueled by their passion for their craft, create unique delights from carefully selected ingredients. Flowers, such as roses and violets, transform into delicate, melt-in-your-mouth marshmallows. The fruits confits, a specialty of Confiserie Florian for over a century, elevate our buttery shortbread cookies, imparting an unmatched flavor. And what about the chocolate chips that infuse our cookies with joyful and nostalgic notes?
A LEGACY OF SWEETNESS AT MAISON FLORIAN
For the centenary Maison Florian, sweet treats tell a grand story. The Confiserie offers an array of delicacies infused with the flavors of flowers and fruits from the Pays de Grasse. Meanwhile, the Chocolaterie, born by Nice’s harbor, specialises in crystallized flower creations, skillfully blending dark chocolate with candied fruits.
