Le nougat est une confiserie typique des pays du bassin méditerranéen. Miel, fruits secs et à coque interviennent dans sa fabrication. Bien que sa recette soit ancestrale, nous l'avons légèrement twistée en y incorporant des éclats de rose cristallisée.
