Violets from Tourrettes

La Confiserie Florian has been working closely with Marcel Quentin for the last 30 years. Located in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, just a few kilometres from the Confiserie, M. Quentin’s violet fields cover 2 acres. “Each year our Confiserie receives between 200 and 300 kg of violets which are transformed into preserves and crystallised flowers by our talented confectioners."

Le nougat est une confiserie typique des pays du bassin méditerranéen. Miel, fruits secs et à coque interviennent dans sa fabrication. Bien que sa recette soit ancestrale, nous l'avons légèrement twistée en y incorporant des éclats de violette cristallisée.

    Sucre de canne, amandes, sirop de glucose, miel, pain azyme (fécule de pomme de terre, eau), blancs d'oeuf, brisures de violette 5% (sucre, fleurs naturelles : violettes, arôme, gomme arabique, colorant : E120, E132), arôme naturel de violette.
