Our confectionery stands at the crossroads of delicate and sublime flower cultures, whose finesse extends beyond perfumery to offer a truly unique taste experience. It is in the fields of our neighboring producers that jasmine, roses, and violets release their fragrance and flavor, providing us with a one-of-a-kind raw material. The flowers of our region are unlike any others — jasmine grandiflorum, May rose, the famous Centifolia, the rose of Vence, and the violet of Tourrettes all possess a distinctive olfactory identity. From field to spoon, they have grown under artisanal conditions to preserve all their flavor, allowing us to transform them into delicious, subtle, and original flower confits.
