The Fleur d’Azur Gift Set: Three flowers, a thousand flavours

If the French Riviera had a scent, it would be the perfume of Grasse’s gardens. And if it had a taste? It would be this iconic gift set: three exquisite flower confits, jasmine, rose, and violet, crafted by the legendary Confiserie Florian.
Each jar is a spoonful of sunshine, a bite of elegance, and a whisper of the South of France. It’s like giving someone a bouquet… that you can spread on toast.
More than a treat, it’s a sensory journey through the hills of Provence, where flowers bloom not just for the eyes, but for the palate.

Three emblematic flowers, one exceptional terroir

  • Jasmine, the darling of Grasse’s perfumeries, reveals its delicate and airy notes in a confit that turns breakfast into a poetic ritual.
  • Rose, queen of the garden, offers a romantic sweetness with a hint of acidity. Best enjoyed with closed eyes and open heart.
  • Violet, subtle yet intense, brings a nostalgic floral twist that surprises and delights.

These flowers are not just beautiful, they’re local. Grown in the hills of Grasse, handpicked at peak bloom, and transformed in the Confiserie Florian’s workshops nestled between sea and mountains.
The result? A trio that captures the essence of the Riviera in every spoonful.

Selected by Côte d’Azur France

This isn’t just any gift set. It was handpicked by the Côte d’Azur France collective to represent the region’s craftsmanship and culinary heritage. A true ambassador of the Riviera’s savoir-faire.
To offer this set is to share a piece of the Côte d’Azur. It’s saying “I love you” with flowers… and sugar. It’s a taste of tradition, wrapped in elegance and a hint of whimsy. Even the packaging whispers of sun-drenched afternoons and Mediterranean charm. It’s the kind of gift that says, “I have excellent taste, and I know where to find it.”

How to enjoy it?

Spread it on brioche, swirl it into yogurt, pair it with fresh cheese or even foie gras, these confits are versatile and full of surprises. Feeling bold? Stir them into cocktails or use them in desserts for a floral twist.

A gift to offer, to share, or to hide in the back of your pantry and pretend you forgot. After all, who said flowers were just for vases?
