Roses from Vence

We are proud of our 30 year-partnership with Joseph Giuge, who produces our roses. For 3 generations, the plantations of the Giuge family have been passed down through the family. Located in Vence, a few kilometres from the Confiserie, their fields spread out over several acres and enjoy Provence’s sun all year long. Between 10 000 and 12 000 rose bushes are grown in the open air fields and 3000 m2 of greenhouses.

Nestled in the heart of Provence, Confiserie Florian has been offering handcrafted sweets, artisanal jams and fine chocolate for over 100 years. To set ourselves apart, we use the fruits and flowers generously provided by our region.

Among our signature creations is the rose petal delight, made with freshly picked petals from our trusted grower, Mr Guige, located just a few kilometres from our confiserie. This rose petal delight stands out for its delicate flavour and captivating fragrance.

It can be enjoyed on its own, spread over a slice of toasted bread or a soft brioche. You can also incorporate it into your recipes, for example by drizzling it over a warm apple tart or adding a spoonful to your fromage blanc.

Our original concept of a tin has been a success for years, as it retains all the flavour and quality of the product. For seasoned gourmets it also provides more of the delectable rose petal delight.
