Our classics are already a hit… but for Christmas, we had to pull out all the stops. Our master jam-makers gathered in a top-secret (and very cozy) meeting. New flavors? Stick to the classics? Yes, but… a little twist never hurt anyone!

Out of this jam-fueled brainstorming session, three festive wonders were born. And we’re serving them up to you:

Mandarin-Vanilla Jam Mandarin jam is becoming a rare bird, but we’re keeping it alive and kicking! In this box, it’s been given a glow-up. Lemon-Ginger Jam We love lemons. Ours come from a local grower who blesses us with 1500 kilos of organic sunshine every year. Slowly ripened under the generous Côte d’Azur sun, they’re turned into a jam that’s basically summer in a jar. Then we add ginger—because every jam needs a little zing and sass. The result? A jam with character, perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. Try it in a lemon papillote and prepare to write us a love letter.

Fig & Gingerbread Jam Last but not least, the seasonal showstopper: fig and gingerbread jam. It’s warm, spicy, and cozy—like a fireplace hug in the middle of winter. Pair it with foie gras and you’ve got yourself a gourmet mic drop. Original, aromatic, and just the right amount of festive flair.
