DécouvrirHot Chocolate: A Moment of Well-being
The very mention of hot chocolate evokes feelings of sweetness, comfort, and indulgence.
We love hot chocolate for breakfast, adore it on chilly autumn and winter afternoons, and share it with family on special occasions like Christmas. We also love it as a way to limit our caffeine intake compared to tea and coffee, while still enjoying that warm beverage boost that some of us can't start our day without! Ahhh, the pleasure of dipping slices of good buttered bread into hot chocolate to start the day...
We've opted for a balanced recipe that will be enjoyed by even the little ones. Our hot chocolate contains cocoa beans, slightly sweetened dark chocolate powder to avoid the bitterness that children often dislike, and above all, a hint of natural vanilla that adds a touch of roundness and makes the chocolate even more delicious.
In its pretty round box, it will find its place alongside teas and coffees in the kitchen, in the hot beverage corner.
OUR GOURMET HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
Our (almost) secret recipe for a good cup of hot chocolate in 2 minutes flat?
Pour 3 teaspoons of our delicious powdered chocolate into your favorite mug or cup, then add 250 ml of hot milk. Stir until you have a smooth, homogeneous beverage with an irresistible sweet chocolate aroma.
Grab a good book or tune in to your favorite show, curl up on the couch, and enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation.
What about our hot chocolate powder?
The cocoa beans and chocolate powder offer a unique combination that provides a rich and flavorful note. Slightly sweetened, it satisfies the taste buds of even the youngest children who may be sensitive to the bitterness of dark chocolate. Our approach is to offer them a hot chocolate that is of much better quality than an industrial product, which is particularly high in sugar and fat.
A hint of vanilla completes the taste experience. Barely perceptible, it will nevertheless seduce our taste buds and bring that comforting side that we often seek in hot drinks, and through it a reminiscence of warm moments experienced in childhood.
Cinnamon lovers can add a pinch. Nutmeg and even chili pepper can also offer an original tasting experience.
PREPARING HOT CHOCOLATE WITH VEGETABLE MILK
While powdered chocolate recipes can be made with hot water, we recommend using milk, or even vegetable milk, to add richness and roundness to the drink, transforming the sensation on the palate.
The choice of vegetable milk meets the need for a vegan, lactose-free product. Among the vegetable milks, whose quality is essential for a perfect taste result, here are several possibilities:
