La Confiserie Florian is first and foremost the beautiful story of masterful confectionery over nearly a century, delivered through traditional and family values to serve a product of excellence. It is the delicate transformation of the fruit and flowers of the Côte d’Azur into delicious sweet treats that have charmed the taste buds of gourmets for generations.
From the creation of a mill on the site of Pont du Loup to the recent opening of 2 further boutiques in the Grasse region as well as increasing web presence, the story unfolds. You will find below extracts from our comprehensive Press Release currently available by mail upon request in English, French and Italian. The latter reveals, beyond our history, the origins of confectionery and chocolate. We unveil the know-how of our masterful confectioners as well as their specific vocabulary and the fruit and flowers used in our product lines. We provide full details of our workshops, guided tours, and shops complete with maps. Our Gardens and Terraces in Pont du Loup can be booked for private events.
