We ship all our packages via Collissimo. Orders usually ship out in 7 to 10 business days. Shipping charges in France are 8,50 euros.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 10 days of receipt. ConfiserieFlorian cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping.
